SPIRA PILATES STUDIO POLICIES

Spira Pilates Studio embraces all people and supports diversity in race, ability, religion, sexual orientation, gender identity, and country of origin. Thank you for upholding our policy of inclusion when you choose to enter our studio space.

1. Spira maintains a 24 hour cancellation policy.

   All appointments and classes must be cancelled 24 hours prior to the scheduled time.

   Cancellations or no shows that occur less than 24 hours prior to the scheduled time will be charged in full.

2. Please honor the expiration dates on discounted package pricing. If you are unable to do so, please purchase sessions individually. No extensions on discounted packages.

3. Sticky socks required in shared equipment classes.

   Socks are available for purchase at the studio.

4. Arrive no earlier than 5 minutes to your class.

5. Spira may provide a substitute instructor for a class without prior notice.

6. There are no refunds for any service purchased at Spira.
